Realtor Rebates

We You use one of our suggested Realtors to assist you in buying your new home,
condo, investment or commercial property.  The Realtor will offer up to 1% of the
selling price as a rebate at closing.  This is based on the Realtor receiving a
minimum of 3% commission.  You could get up to 1% which on a $300,000
property would be $3,000.  And our Realtor's service cost you nothing.
