• The Realtor will work with the home inspector, termite inspector, the appraiser, surveyor.
• The Realtor will monitor the mortgage company of the buyer.
• The Realtor will make sure that the title company has all the necessary paperwork.
• The Realtor will monitor any repairs.
• The Realtor will be present for the final walk-thru.
• The Realtor will take you thru closing.
